Data found that TPX2 was highly expressed in human bladder cancer tissues. Its overexpression promoted bladder cancer growth and correlated with tumor grade and stage lymph node metastasis and poor prognosis. These results support that TPX2 acts as a tumor promoter in human bladder tumor development.
