Phenotypes & Variants
Disruption phenotype
Viable with no gross morphological defects. Morphology of testis tissue and mature epididymal sperm is normal. Sperm counts are also normal. Sperm motility is reduced, however this has no significant effect on male fertility.
Variants
We now provide the "Disease & Variants" viewer in its own tab.
The viewer provides 12 variants from UniProt as well as other sources including ClinVar and dbSNP.
