Function

function

Histone-binding component of the NuA3b histone acetyltransferase complex. Targets the NuA3b HAT complex via histone H3K36me3 to the coding regions of actively transcribed genes to coordinate transcription elongation (PubMed:25104842, PubMed:28108585).
Stimulates elongation by RNA polymerase II in vitro (PubMed:35273076).

Miscellaneous

Present with 2610 molecules/cell in log phase SD medium.
