Catalytic activity
- N(omega)-(ADP-D-ribosyl)-L-arginyl-[protein] + H2O = ADP-D-ribose + L-arginyl-[protein]
- alpha-NAD+ + H2O = ADP-D-ribose + nicotinamide + H+
