Developmental stage

Is strongly detected in planulae, a little more detected in primary polyps (9d), and still a little more in both adult females and males (at protein level) (PubMed:33060291).
Transcripts are expressed early in the life cycle and their expression is maintained through the adult stage (PubMed:29739837).
