Tissue specificity
Expressed in the radicle and cotyledon of germinating seeds 2 days post-imbibition (DPI), in stems and roots of 30-DPI young plants and in floral buds, but not in fully open flowers or leaves. Expressed in the embryo and seed coat tissues of developing seeds. The protein accumulates only in seeds and only long after transcript accumulation becomes evident.
Developmental stage
Peak of expression in seeds between 3 and 28 days post-anthesis.
