Function
function
Essential for tRNA splicing and maturation. Acts by directly joining spliced tRNA halves to mature-sized tRNAs. Joins RNA with 2',3'-cyclic-phosphate or 3'-phosphate ends to RNA with 5'-hydroxy ends.
