B6-vitamer kinase involved in the salvage pathway of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP). Catalyzes the phosphorylation of pyridoxine (PN), pyridoxal (PL), and pyridoxamine (PM), forming their respective 5'-phosphorylated esters, i.e. PNP, PLP and PMP.
